Welcome to Roger Singletary's Web Page

My high school is good Old Rohanen High School located in Richmond County, NC.  Class of 1971!

We recently had our thirty year reunion and it was great.  There was a bunch of our classmates there as well as many from other classes.  It was great to see each and every one!  If you are interested in coming to one of the Rohanen reunions send me an email and I will send you any information I can.

My email address is rogerd@northstate.net

I live in Davidson County, NC now and have since 1988.

After getting my A Plus Professional Certification I decided to start my own computer services business.  I have been working on computers as a hobby for years so I decided to start a career in this area.  If I can help send me an email at rogerd@northstate.net .

I married an great lady from this area in 1990.  Angie has been truly a great lady!  (Has to be to put up with me!)  Angie loves to joke and surf the web.

We have a son, Allen who is a teenager now.  Allen started his first year of high school this year at East Davidson High School in 2001.  He is a great young man. I am truly blessed to have such a great son and wife!  Allen loves video games as well as jokes and pizza.  He loves good jokes or just general chat.

My first marriage produced two beautiful young ladies.  Jenny is living in Mecklenburg County and recently married.  Jenny works for a news group in Charlotte.  She and Stuart are doing great!  It was a beautiful wedding and I have some pictures for you to see.  Click on the Wedding Link to see them.  Jenny is a graduate of Richmond Senior High and a graduate of UNC at Chapel Hill.

Emily lives in Wake County.  She works in the Research Triangle.  Emily graduated from Richmond Senior High and studied at Sandhills Community College then transferred to NC State to get her degree.

We just had our Nieces and their families come over from England to visit.  We had a great time and a big cook out for all.  Click on the Cook out Link to see the pictures.

The Singletary Family Tree is exciting as well as large.

My brother Richard has done quite a bit of work in the area of tracing our family tree on both sides of our family.  It seems the Singletary's started in the US around the early 1600s in the New England area.  I will post some of our direct lineage on this site and would be glad to answer any questions I can or love to hear from any other relatives or families about the Singletary Tree.

You can contact Richard at stump@carolina.net or me at rogerd@northstate.net .
